North Engineering Solutions delivers industrial, infrastructure, and civil construction projects in the challenging conditions of the Arctic, where permafrost, short construction seasons, and complex logistics define project success.
The company provides a full range of construction and installation services across the Chukotka Autonomous Okrug — from engineering preparation and design to commissioning and ongoing technical support.
Successful construction in the Far North requires precise planning, controlled logistics, equipment readiness, and extensive field experience. These capabilities enable us to confidently manage projects in some of the most demanding environments.
Construction in the North requires a specialized approach to design, procurement, and schedule management. Climatic constraints, limited construction windows, remote project locations, and challenging logistics must be addressed from the earliest planning stages. Every phase of a project must therefore be carefully planned, adequately resourced, and continuously monitored.
We select specialized materials, equipment operating regimes, and engineering solutions that ensure reliable performance under low temperatures and severe wind loads.
Supply chains for Arctic projects depend on marine navigation, winter roads, and seasonal deliveries. We proactively plan material deliveries and equipment mobilization schedules, synchronizing them with on-site construction activities.
Most construction activities must be completed within a narrow climatic window. We utilize detailed day-by-day planning and continuous schedule control to ensure project delivery within established deadlines.
We apply specialized approaches to foundation preparation, embankment construction, foundation systems, and ground thermal protection to ensure long-term stability and reliability in permafrost environments.
We deliver industrial, infrastructure and civil projects, taking into account Arctic conditions
and client requirements.
Site preparation, grading, embankment construction and operations in permafrost conditions.
Foundations, structural elements and solutions adapted for Arctic climate conditions.
Pipelines, utility networks, electrical systems and communication infrastructure.
Access roads, winter roads and transport infrastructure development.
Exploration drilling, construction drilling, and geotechnical investigations.
Comprehensive project management from engineering preparation and procurement through commissioning and handover.
Having an in-house equipment fleet reduces dependency on external rentals
and improves schedule predictability.
We will provide a preliminary assessment, define the execution approach and outline the next steps.
